The cast of “The Young and the Restless” will appear on “The Talk” on March 20 to celebrate the show’s 45th Anniversary.  Scheduled to appear are Peter Bergman (Jack), Amelia Heinle (Victoria), Bryton James (Devon), Mishael Morgan (Hilary), Jason Thompson (Billy), and Gina Tognoni (Phyllis).
