Looking for love is ageless. ABC and Bachelor Nation announced at their annual upfronts that Joan Vassos will be the first ever Golden Bachelorette. As a member of the first season of “The Golden Bachelor,” the 61-year-old grandmother and school administrator from Rockland, Maryland, will begin her own journey for new love this fall when she steps into the historic role as the first Golden Bachelorette.
“The Golden Bachelorette” will air later this year.
