The “Banana Ball” is coming to The CW Network  featuring The Savannah Bananas on Sunday, July 27. The increasingly popular baseball team is known to the sports world as entertainment that connects with viewers of all ages.

The network today announced the worldwide sensation Savannah Bananas will make their broadcast television debut on Sunday, July 27 (3:00-5:30pm ET), as they bring their unique brand of “Banana Ball” to Philadelphia’s Citizens Bank Park in front of a sold-out crowd of more than 40,000 fans.

The Savannah Bananas have earned worldwide fame with their one-of-a-kind brand of “Banana Ball” – the fastest and most entertaining game of baseball. Known for their choreographed dances, epic scoring celebrations, flaming bats, and an array of other antics, the team has sold out every game at their home field, historic Grayson Stadium in Savannah, Georgia, since their 2016 inaugural season. The team currently boasts over 9.8 million followers on TikTok, outnumbering every franchise in Major League Baseball (as well as every team in the NFL, NBA, and NHL). The Bananas have been featured on ESPN, CNN, and CBS News, and in Sports Illustrated.
