A movie that puts a new twist of Shakespeare in the upcoming movie musical “Juliet & Romeo.” A n original pop musical version of Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet,” will hit UK cinemas for a special one-night event on 11th June. The screening will include an exclusive recorded Q&A starring a dynamic ensemble of the film’s rising stars and industry veterans.

“Juliet & Romeo” will be the first film in an exciting movie-musical trilogy based around the real-life 1301 story that inspired Shakespeare’s greatest tale, with the world’s most famous lovers finding themselves central figures in an epic journey of battles and betrayal, the iconic duo turning the tides on history as we know it.

The movie stars Clara Rugaard, Jamie Ward, Rebel Wilson, Jason Isaacs, Rupert Graves, Dan Fogler, Ledisi, and Derek Jacobi.

From writer-director Timothy Scott Bogart, three-time Oscar-Winning Production Designer, Dante Ferretti, and original songs and music from Grammy-winner Evan Kidd Bogart (Beyonce’s “Halo” / Rihanna’s “SOS”) and Justin Gray (Oz The Great And Powerful / The Lego Movie), brings new songs into the most recognizable love story ever told.

The music makes the movie with the amazing soundtrack by Evan Bogart and Justin Gray as the backdrop for the story.
