Yes, Chef! FX’s ‘The Bear” has been renewed for Season 5. Season 4 of the series just dropped on Hulu and left what could have been a series or a cliffhanger, which thankfully it turned out to be the latter. In the Season 4 Episode 10 finale entitled “Goodbye,” the future of the restaurant is up in the air leaving Carmy (Jeremy Allen White), Syd (Ayo Edebiri), and Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) trying to figure out what to do about it. All three of its stars White, Edebiri, and Moss-Bachrach, will be back for Season 5 despite their busy schedules.

All three have promising movie careers ahead. White will star as Bruce Springsteen in the upcoming biopic “Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere” and also in “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu” next year. Moss-Bachrach will play Ben Grimm aka The Thing in Marvel Studios “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” and will bring the character to upcoming Avengers movies.

Edebiri, who also wrote this season’s fourth episode (“Worms”), has two movies coming out later this year: “After The Hunt” with Julia Roberts and Andrew Garfield, and “Ella McCay” with Woody Harrelson in December.

“The Bear” returns 2026.
