Daisy Ridley Stars In ‘We Bury The Dead’ In Theaters January 2

We Bury The Dead

Daisy Ridley’s next movie, “We Bury The Dead” is out in theaters on Friday, January 2. Ridley plays Ava, a woman who travels to Tasmania after a catastrophic military disaster to search for her missing husband. The search leads to something more terrifying.  From her starring roles in “Star Wars,” action movies like “The Cleaner,” her own self-produced “Magpie,” the critically acclaimed “Young Woman and the Sea,” her upcoming romantic comedy “The Last Resort,” and now horror in “Dead,” Ridley has tapped into every genre. Next on her wish list is a musical.”There is one we are hopefully putting together that’s an original,” Ridley said when asked about doing a musical during an appearance on “The View” earlier this month.

“We Bury The Dead,” written and directed by Zak Hilditch also stars Brenton Thwaites, Mark Coles Smith, and Matt Whelan.
