The second season of USA’s drama “Necessary Roughness” premieres June 6th. The series stars Callie Thorne, Marc Blucas, Mehcad Brooks and Scott Cohen.

The sophomore season picks up with the aftermath of football superstar TK’s (Mehcad Brooks) shooting by a crazed fan. Also tackling football during the off-season, viewers will get a peek at the “backstage” drama that comes with training camp, scouting and drafting.

Spotlight-On-Entertainment, in conjunction with LA Music Examiner caught up with Callie during her hiatus from the show and she previewed season two.
