Cyndi Lauper is going on the road for the last time. The prolific singer and songwriter has announced her “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour.” The tour will star this fall at Bell Centre in Montreal, QC, in October, making stops in New York City at Madison Square Garden, Boston, Nashville, Los Angeles and before ending in Chicago, IL.
Tickets will be available starting with an artist presale beginning Tuesday, June 4. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general onsale beginning Friday, June 7 at 10 AM local time at LiveNation.com.
In addition to the tour, Lauper also announced the movie “Let the Canary Sing,” documentary film about the life and career of the singer. The documentary hits Paramount+ in the U.S. and Canada on Tuesday, June 4.
Lauper also received her hand and footprints at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood and hosted a private screening of the movie and a Q&A.
