“American Idol” aired on Sunday, April 13 on ABC. 12 of the Top 24 contestants performed a song in front of the judges and live audience from the Disney Aulani Resort in Hawaii Part 1 mentored by artists Jelly Roll and Ashanti. The remaining 12 contestants will perform on Monday, April 14 mentored by artists Jelly Roll and Josh Gorban.  America will vote after each show.
