The Black Reel TV Awards were announced. The biggest night in Black television is a celebration of excellence, creativity, and the voices that shape our culture. “Abbott Elementary” starring Quinta Brunson was the night’s big winner, taking home 4 awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series.  Other notable awards include Netflix’s “Rebel Ridge” starring Aaron Pierre for Outstanding Movie.
